Una Stamus Combat offers select services at the request of Law Enforcement, Government and Military personnel, as well as to qualified civilians.  The offered services include but are not limited to:

LEGAL/EXPERT CONSULTING and TESTIMONY

Due to recent events where individuals have been attempting to force us to give testimony in court, we have responded by making a price list to indicate how much it will cost these people to utilize our time.
Certain members of Una Stamus American Combat Systems/Una Stamus Combat have specialized training that give them the expert knowledge and experience necessary to advise select clients, as well as provide expert legal testimony during trials and hearings relating to certain matters.  This is a very selective and limited service and is only available to qualified personnel.  CONTACT US to find out what kinds of consulting and expert testimony that we offer.

Under Rule 45.03(d) of the Minnesota Rules of Civil Procedure, any civil legal consultation or testimony given by members of Una Stamus Combat/Sentinel Strategic Armament is subject to fair compensation.  Any subpoena issued and/or served to USACS/SSA personnel will result in immediate billing and invoice for immediate up-front compensation in accordance with Rule 45.02.  The compensation must be commensurate with the Expert's established fees and rates.  Refusal to pay these fees up-front will result in a motion to quash or modify the subpoena in accordance with Rule 45.03(c). 

The following are the base fees for any civil legal consulting or testimony.  All fees are subject to change without notice.

-Consulting and Advising (no trial)
        - $500.00 minimum fee with TWO(2) HOURS of consulting/advising
        - $250.00/hr for every hour after
        -Fees include travel time, research time and breaks
        -Per Diem/travel expenses for any distance over 20 miles by major roadway from residence.
          Costs to be determined and negotiated prior to trial, with a minimum charge of $3/mile and
          $150.00/night lodging if required.  Travel by air will require Business Class or First Class
          seating ONLY.

-Court/Trial Expert Testimony
        -$2000.00 minimum fee with EIGHT(8) HOURS of Testimony
        -$350.00/hr for every hour of testimony, delay, waiting, or consultation thereafter
        -Fees and timing is to include travel time from residence to the location, with the understanding
          that the Expert will arrive 15 minutes early (or earlier if desired)
        -Fees also include research time and any breaks during the day (court recesses and breaks)
        -Per Diem/travel expenses for any distance over 20 miles by major roadway from residence.
          Costs to be determined and negotiated prior to trial, with a minimum charge of $3/mile and
          $150.00/night lodging if required.  Travel by air will require Business Class or First Class
          seating ONLY.
         -Out-of-State travel will incur an additional 10 hours of fees ($2700) to cover travel times to anywhere in
           the continental U.S.          




SUBPOENA fees:
        -Testimony by subpoena will incur an additional INCONVENIENCE FEE of $350.00 in
          addition to normal rates (+$1000.00 minimum).  If you can't pay this, don't even bother
          trying to subpoena any of us.
